August 8, 2005: This beautiful Western Tiger Swallowtail stopped by the tree outside my balcony one day.

August 21, 2005: The load of prickly pear fruit picked at Karen's place. I attempted to make them into jelly. That failed horribly. Oh, well.

October 17, 2005: Moonrise behind some saguaro cacti. I didn't have a tripod at the time, so I tried to balance the camera on the truck door. Didn't work so well.
